		<description>Usually when you ask management for needed tools to do you job or you will have trouble accomplishing it, good management provides you thoe required tools. At least thats the corporate answer. It appears thats different for poor Gen. McChrystal. I admire him, he has made his point known. Obama will probably can him just like Truman did to MacArthur.</description>
